On your initial visit, we want to understand where you are and where you want to be. We will use research based assessments to understand your capacity and to help educate you on what will help and hinder getting to your goals. At Valley Health Group we take the time to get to know you and work closely with you to formulate a plan of action which meets your specific needs.

PRESCRIPTION

Once we understand your requirements, we work as a team to create and implement a plan of action to get you one step closer to your goals. You will be provided with a personalised exercise program, 1:1 training guiding you on how to get the most out of it safely, information on your condition, and an exercise tracker help keep you on the road to improvement (even when motivation wavers).
