Initial Assessments
Every patient is required to undergo at least 1 x 1:1 assessment before you can progress to a class. This is to ensure proper form and safety is achieved to our highest standards.
Re-Assessments
We recommend a 1:1 re-assessment after every 5-10 classes to ensure your goals are being met or your specific injury or health condition is best accommodated to achieve amazing outcomes.
Functional EP / Rehab Classes
Small Group Functional Training classes. We utilise a variety of equipment to tailor your session to suit your goals including cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells and much more. Our Exercise Physiologists cater for all levels, injuries, conditions, aches and pains.
Hybrid Classes
Embark on a transformative fitness journey with our Hybrid Classes, where strength meets cardio and Pilates in a circuit-style format.
Explore 8 dynamic stations on a timed basis, with a group warm-up and cool-down that fosters a sense of community.
You’re in control of your weights – choose from dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, cables, and Pilates equipment for a challenging and fun experience.
