Follow our proven clinical processes and signature systems to ensure our patients reach their optimal goals within the expected timelines.

Full Training + Support
Every new team member will go through a 6-week training course to make sure you are fully confident in your role. We also run a peak performance environment with fortnightly and quarterly support to make sure you reach your goals. What we do
We are a team of allied health professionals, including osteopaths, myotherapist, remedial massage therapist, exercise physiologist and podiatrists, specialising in helping people with pain, injuries and movement problems and we are leaders in our field. Our aim is to help our patients get better by treating the cause, not just the injury. We adopt a very ‘hands-on’ approach, provide a vast range of treatments and excellent after care including specialised exercise + rehabilitation classes.
Our dedicated fully qualified staff all share in the same goal: to strive for excellence, providing effective care to achieve optimum results — keeping our community’s Health Connected.
The Team
You will see from the video that we are very close knit team who love working together. We celebrate each other’s wins and are there if any of us need support. Our meeting rhythm makes all the difference. 1:1 catch ups each week, fortnightly patient briefings, bi-monthly team meetings with specific key actions, slack channel to recognise our achievements and quarterly night outs to celebrate our wins!

Development
If you want improve your existing skills as a Strength + Conditioning Coach or a Studio or Clinical Pilates Instructor then this is the place to be. Our Pilates + Rehab Team Leader, Caitlyn Alifraco, plays netball for the VNL Hawks, has worked with elite athletes and has an unrivalled approach to assessment, treatment and rehab. Our director and principal osteopath, Sarah Holland, has worked as an academic and tutored at a post-grad level. Together, they will be with you on every step of your journey to nurture you into an amazing instructor.
