Pre-Payment now required for some appointments
Some online bookings will now require a deposit to secure your booking. This is held in credit on your account and will be redeemed on the total service value of your appointment. Re-scheduling with 48-hours notice to the clinic will transfer the deposit to your new booking time. Cancellation within 24-hours or failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
If you aren't sure, please just ring the clinic on 9437 6268 and we can help work it through with you. In most cases, we should be able to re-schedule your appointment and avoid any pesky fees! Worst case, refunds are available - we get it, life gets in the way, and things do just come up!
Not keen on paying a deposit? Simple. Please call us. These are requisite measures we have to take to protect our online booking service (which we all love!).
